Ever since I was about 7, I've always enjoyed going to a cemetery near my house and just thinking about whatever comes out of my imagination, often lost pokemon. After a while, I had been feeling another presence around one of the graves. There was a poem on that grave, I don't remember what it was about, but the first letters of each line read GENGAR. I've since caught a Gastly-to-Gengar and named it Graveside, could he be the one beside me all those years ago?
More likely, whatever that presence was has now manifested into your game, most likely in your Gengar. It’s up to you to decide if this is a good thing or not.
I have a question for you: Ever since the third generation games, I've named my trainer Erika, since it's a feminized version of Erik, the father of a Viking I'm supposedly related to. Every time I get a new game, I always call my trainer Erika. A while back I had my Pokemon migrated to Black. Do you think they know that even though the trainer is different, it's still me?
Yes. The “Trainer ID” in the games is just the ID of your trainer card.

Is it true that hacked Pokemon are usually hostile at normal (legit) ones? I don't have any hacked Pokemon, but I'm just wondering since I've heard rumors and wanted to see if it's true without taking the risk. And, sorry for the another question, but can a hacked Pokemon love their trainer if they've been given positive treatment?

Of course hacked pokemon can love their trainer. But how does a corrupt spirit show it’s love?

Perhaps you do. Take your time and explore it further. It may take a while, but if you move at your own pace and learn all you can about what it is you feel, your true nature will become clear.

The final boss, KingDoomagon (one of the Pokemon from the game set) had rampaged everyone and everything around LavenderTown. Is that a bad idea to have created its evolutionary line?

Um, how hostile are Pokemon made by Pokegen compared to other hacked ones? Pokegen is a Pokemon Generating tool that, using Wi-Fi, lets you make your own Pokemon (still figuring out how to get the event Celebi with this, makes me cuss alot, if you see a bunch of Celebis with possibly random or no OT, as PokeGen can glitch and give them an ID of 0 and no OT, maybe shiny, from Celebi pre-event, you know why) Also, if you delete a pkm (PokeGen file), does it kill the Pokemon? If so, you may see a Jirachi, Star Sword, with Wish, Doom Desire, Slash, and Sacred Sword, OT Midnight, you know why. And yes, they love me, except a damn Bad Egg named Violent, which may become an omelet >:3
Oh, did Tails Doll leave? Because I caught a Banette on White nicknamed Tails Doll(I didn't get a choice) with the OT YOUNG.
Also, on Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of the Sky, if you use 666 as a hex dec for the Pokemon Leader Editor, you get a glitch Shinx, so I nicknamed a Shinx BEAST (that's the mark of the beast, 666), but he ran away. Is he with you? And yes he is legit, shiny, OT DUSK (this was on Platinum, where all-caps names where cool)

Hostile or not, they will be dangerous to you. Countless ditched, warped souls that can’t enter The Tower are bound to collect together somewhere. That is the Channeller’s area however, she may know where such sorry souls end up.
It sounds like you have been playing with fire.
